About The Branch FWC

 

We are a Bible Believing, Spirit Filled, Spirit Led and Walking by Faith church that loves Jesus Christ. We will fulfill the great command - love God and love others. We are in the business of "Bringing Hope and Meeting Needs". We will Reach, Grow, and Send Ambassadors into the whole world to share the good news of salvation. Our very existence on earth, and for eternity, is to glorify God, therefore, everything we do, we do to the Glory of God.

 

Our Worship

Our desire is to express heartfelt praise, worship, and adoration to the Lord for who He is and for what He does (Revelation 4:11). We follow biblical patterns of worship and we encourage everyone to actively participate in this expression of love and worship to the Lord. We trust the following examples will help explain some of the reasons why we worship the way we do.

 

 

Lifting Of Hands

• Biblical posture of surrender, praise, worship, and prayer

• "Therefore I want men in every place to pray, lifting up holy hands,

     without wrath & dissension." 1 Tim 2:8  

 

 

Clapping Of Hands

• Expressing emotions and praise

• We clap during singing and in thanksgiving to praise His name

• "O clap your hands, all peoples; shout to God with a voice of triumph."
